We take all necessary precautions to ensure that your order is delivered intact and on time by our delivery partners.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping and Delivery Charges:
Please note, we have delivery fees charged per order/ per item. For orders outside Nairobi, delivery charges are based on the weight and size of the product, and the destination to which it is being delivered. You will be able to know the delivery charges when you place your order.
Delivery Timeline:
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The delivery timeline depends on various factors, including the destination, the weight and size of the product, and the delivery option you choose. For orders within Nairobi, we aim to deliver within 1-3 hours of order completion. For orders outside Nairobi, delivery may take between 12-24 hours. You can also specify a preferred delivery date when placing your order.
Pick-up Stations:
We offer two delivery options: doorstep delivery via courier service or in-person pick up from designated drop-off centers. You can choose the delivery option that best suits your needs.
