1.1. You have number of 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2.1. We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.

2.2. The product’s seal must be unbroken for a return to be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

3.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 0704936062 to obtain a Return Authorization Clearance Number.

3.2. Clearly label the package with the RAN number provided by our customer service team.

4. Return Shipping

4.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4.2. Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Inspection and Processing

5.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

5.2. If the return is approved, the refund process will begin.

6. Refund Timeline

6.1. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of verifying the returned item.

6.2. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
